Driving forward with momentum, united for a new chapter: The 2026 market launch me→eting of Sipwo's Xinjiang Division was successfully held.


From September 5, 2025 to September 7, 2025, the 2026 market launc±h conference of Sipwo Xinjiang Business Unit with the theme of "Working Together, Creat§ing Win Win" was held grandly in Aksu Business Unit, Xinjiang. Allγ business elites gather together to summarize the past, look forward to the future, ¥and accumulate strength for the new journey.


1、 Strategic deployment: The person in charge clarifies the annual development direction


The meeting began in a lively atmosphere. The head of the business unit first gave a speech, compr☆ehensively reviewing the achievements made in 2025, and particularly≥ affirming the efforts and contributions made by the team in serving the βvast number of distributors and customers. In the speechσ, the development goals and work priorities for 2026 were clearly defined, emphasizing  the need to continue to deeply cultivate the Xinjiang ma'rket, with the aim of "serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers", further improvi'ng service quality, and allowing Sipwo's products and te™chnologies to benefit more farmers, contributing to the development of a griculture in Xinjiang.


2、 Goal planning: The marketing department develops a detailed implementation plan


The marketing department has systematically summarized the work achievements a€nd shortcomings in 2025 through detailed data and charts. The mee≤ting specifically pointed out the sales growth achieved in Xinjiang region, which is due to tδhe team's in-depth understanding of farmers' needs in the fields. At the same time, it also¶ analyzed areas that need improvement in certain crop regions. For the work i>n 2026, the marketing department has formulated clear annual goals and speci≠fic monthly implementation plans, scientifically decomposing the over∏all tasks into each work stage, ensuring that the execution path i←s clear and feasible, and better serving the vast number of farmers.


3、 Skill enhancement: Product training strengthens profe≈ssional abilities


The meeting arranged a professional product knowledge training session. T​he training manager systematically explained the characteristics of the company's main produ±cts and targeted usage plans for different regions and c rops in Xinjiang. Through practical case analysis and on-site Q&A, saleεs personnel were helped to deepen their understanding of product knowledge. The training content $focuses on practicality and operability, with a particular emph×asis on enhancing the team's ability to provide professional servic☆es to farmers, providing strong support for better serving the v↑ast number of farmers and distributors in Xinjiang.


4、 Innovative Marketing: Expanding Promotion Channels through Short Video Programs


The conference launched a new short video operation plan. The plan aims to utilize βnew media platforms to provide practical content on planting techniques, product usage♥, and other aspects, in a more intuitive and relatable way to p↕rovide technical services to farmers, benefiting more farmers. The meeting requires↓ team members to actively participate in content creation, disseminate agricultural €technology knowledge in a form that farmers enjoy, and jointly explore new paths for di←gital services.


5、 Standardized Management: System Promotion and Optimization of Wγorkflow


The conference focused on launching a short video dual track operation p€lan of "internal and external linkage". Internally, the busi✔ness unit will establish a dedicated team for agricultural knowledge →short videos, regularly producing and publishing practical agr icultural knowledge content such as crop planting techniques , correct product usage methods, and pest control. Through intuitive and vivid video for'mats, it will help sales personnel enhance their pro÷fessional service capabilities and enable every salesperson to bαecome a mobile "agricultural technology expert".


Externally, the business unit will launch a comprehensi÷ve dealer short video support program. By providing professional content creation trainin g, shooting technical guidance, and traffic support, we help dealers create♥ short video accounts with local characteristics, expand onliεne customer acquisition channels, and enhance the brand's influence i∑n the local market.

6、 Honor Moment: Promotion Awards and Market Planni€ng


The conference held a grand promotion personnel award ceremony, commending outstanding employees βwho have performed outstandingly in 2025. At the same time, a detailed pl≠an for field observation meetings from September to October has been deployed, which will provide  farmers with a visual understanding of product effects through on-site demonstrations. ÷The marketing department has also clarified the key ÷market development plan for the second half of the year, and formulated difδferentiated development strategies for different re★gions to lay the foundation for achieving annual goals.

7、 Team building: Collective activities enhance team cohesion


The conference organized a team building activity with the t>heme of "Building a Team, Gathering Hearts, Wal↑king Together". Through various forms of colle✔ctive interaction, understanding and trust among team members have been enhanced. The activity crδeated a good atmosphere of unity and cooperation, further strengthening the team's common be¥lief and mission to serve agriculture and farmers.
